My role as a licensed Title 5 inspector is to inspect the entire system and:

• Pass/Certify if the system meets Title 5 Inspection criteria mandated by the state

• Identify any malfunctions in the system that may need repair

• Repair any components necessary to ensure the system passes

• Schedule Pumping

• Replace the system if it fails

• Work with your town to gather all permits and paperwork to complete the inspection

• Educate the homeowner during the process

• Work closely with your real estate agent during the selling cycle
